The Yumeiho Universe in My Library

The Wave of Healing – Yumeiho® and Harmony with Nature
August 27, 2025

Yumeiho entered my life out of a personal need, but it quickly turned into a calling. It is a life path — a practice I live every day, one that has changed the way I see health, balance, and human connection. It gives me purpose, challenges me to grow, and gives me the strength to keep moving forward.
But beyond this experience, there is another side to my passion: collecting books dedicated to Yumeiho, gathered from different corners of the world.

Alongside my daily work as a therapist, I felt the need to get closer to the roots and history of this art. That is how my passion for collecting Yumeiho books began. I am not talking about a simple bookshelf, but about a true journey through cultures and languages — each volume carrying within it a piece of the spirit of those who continued the work of Master Masayuki Saionji.
For years I have been gathering books about Yumeiho. I searched for them everywhere, received some from teachers, discovered others through exchanges or after long hunts. For me, every new book I found was a joy, a small victory, a step forward in understanding the history and philosophy of this method.

My collection today is a living library. It contains original manuals, rare editions, translations in various languages, and works aiming to explain and pass on the essence of Yumeiho. Some books were printed in small runs and are now hard to find. Some are official editions, while others were created by passionate practitioners who felt the need to contribute to spreading this art.

Each book in this collection carries a story — about an author, a translator, a practitioner who wanted to leave something behind. A story about the journey Yumeiho has taken around the world, from the first manuals written by Master Masayuki Saionji to the translations that reached people of different cultures and languages.
What has always fascinated me is that although the essence of the technique remains the same, each culture has filtered Yumeiho through its own sensitivity and mindset.

For me, this library is not just a shelf full of books. It is an entire universe. It is a testimony to Yumeiho’s evolution and to the way it has been understood and transmitted across cultures. When I leaf through a volume, I feel like I am stepping into the history of Yumeiho. I see how the same technique has been described, drawn, and explained in different ways — but always with the same goal: human balance and health.

I like to see these books as a legacy — an archive that must be preserved and passed on. I am convinced that just as they inspired me, they will help others better understand the essence of Yumeiho.
That is why, for me, this library is not just a collection, but an archive filled with history, knowledge, and inspiration.

The Yumeiho universe in my library keeps growing. There are still hidden volumes somewhere in the world that I patiently search for. I know that every new page discovered can bring rare information, a different perspective, or a missing piece of Yumeiho’s story.

And I know that any new Yumeiho publication will gladly find its place in this collection. I am patient… but I keep searching.
